slim ke?

nowadays there are so many slimming products in the market..from the cheapest until the most expensive price range, still people will buy & try it! hahaha..org jaman skarang ni malas nak exercise..termasuklah saya..huhu

jusmate, herbalife, rx-lite, s.i.y..just to name a few..tak lupe jugak yg pegi london weight & slim world..walla! tu kompem duit abis riban2..ish2..

i personally believe in natural fat burning..haaa camne tuh?? saya nak turunkan berat, tp sy nak mkn jugak..hahaha...ade tak produk camtu?? jawapannya ada!!! saya sudah jumpak...my friend was introduced this product to me called slim diet II..

the concept is simple...drink the sdII before breakfast, lunch & dinner..and then just enjoy your meal as usual..but, avoid carbo if u can or eat less carbo...eat more protein such as fish, chicken, meat, egg etc..and don't forget the vegetables..mkn byk2 ok! minum air masak byk2 ye puan2..sy minum 3-4 liter a day..:)

program ni mmg aku suke sbbnye x yah nk lapar2..roasted chicken kenny rogers, nandos..selambe jek aku bedal..hahah..dan hasilnye selepas sebulan berat sy sudah turun 3 kilo..yeehaaa...tp kalo ikutkan, ade org trn 3 kilo dlm masa 2 minggu..tu kalo ikut btol2 la..aku ni ade ngelat2 jugak..oopsss! and it depends on individual metabolisme..bkn berat je turun, body pon dishape skali ye..harap maklum kepada penjual satu produk lain yg kata hanya produk yg dia jual je ade shaping badan (ko x amik produk yg aku amik ni mane ko tau hah??) tetiba emo lak..haha..

menu2 yg aku amalkan sepanjang amik sdII ni simple2 jek..bleh la try kepada sape2 yg nak try

breakfast : 1 glass of sdII & scramble egg (2 biji) + tomato/nugget ayam 3 ketul/tempe goreng/sosej/telur rebus/popia sayur 2 kpg
lunch : 1 glass of sdII & nasi (2 sudu je ok..aku mmg x bleh x mkn nasik! haha) + lauk ikan/ayam/daging/telur/seafood + sayur2
dinner : 1 glass of sdII & sup sayur/tauhu goreng/lauk2 sama mcm lunch

haaa..senangkan? no pain no gain beb..usaha lebih skit..caiyok2!

nota kaki: bulan puasa ni target nak turun 3 kilo lagi..insyaAllah...
